Samir Kumar Paul - Sculptor

Born in Kolkata at Kumartully, West Bengal son of Santi Pada Paul. My father is a traditional artist, so I learnt the traditional work from my childhood and also learnt sculpture from famous Sculptor Surajit Das.

Worked in—1980-81-82 at

Geological survey of India was making a life size pre-historic animal Dinosaur, I assisted as an skilful artist under Sculptor Surajit Das. It is installed in National Museum of Natural History, Delhi.

1988 Research  &  Development  Govt. of India  Four  big  size  eminent  scientist  made  with  fiber  glass  mural at  Ranchi.
1989-90-91   Garden  sculpture  made in  fiber  glass  at   Raiganj  P.W.D tourist bungalow and  Islampur P.W.D Tourist Bunglow.
